Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

At Lamonce Coffee, we are committed to providing premium quality coffee products to our customers. Because coffee is a perishable product, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure fairness while protecting the quality of the products we offer.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product: The product was damaged during transit and is unusable.
  • Expired Product: The product is past its expiration date upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Include an unboxing video (raw footage, no cuts or edits).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used coffee beans, ground coffee, or other perishable goods.
  • Products with minor outer packaging damage that does not affect the quality of the contents.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered under the following terms:

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to limited stock availability.
  • If the returned item meets our Return Eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval and will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Down payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product or changing preferences after the order has been shipped.

4. Return and Refund Procedure

If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@lamoncecoffee.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and your photo & video unboxing evidence.
  3. Approval & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a customer decision (wrong product ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
